All products that are created by The Diaper Cake Baker are created here in Our Studio in North Carolina and are shipped in the order they are received. If an item is a ready made, it may be shipped prior to an item that is custom or requires assembly. Rush orders are accepted on our handmade items ~~ Additional Fees apply (see below for more info).
We also offer other products from other trusted companies. Since they are not located here in Our Studio, shipping time on those products will vary from ours ~~ but all orders are processed here in our office within 24 hrs. Additionally, if an item is not here in our studio, it will be shipped separately.
If you are unsure of the timing of any product on our site and would like to check to make sure it will arrive in time, please feel free to contact us and we can let you know the current processing and shipping time.
Payment Terms
We accept all major credit cards (via direct order on this site, PayPal invoice or over the phone). If you are local we accept cash or check on delivery. Payment is due before shipping or at time of delivery.
Custom Orders MAY require a deposit if it is not a common theme or is extreemly customized. Once you email us with an inquiry and we get a quote to you we will let you if there is a deposit required.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer Standard Shipping (via UPS) to the continental US.
If you would like your package shipped outside of this area, most likely can be done~~but please contact us because additional shipping charges will be required!

We Now Offer $5 Flat Shipping on ALL Orders!! In addition, we offer FREE Shipping on Orders over $200!!

Most orders are created and shipped in the order they are received. If you would like to place priority on your order, simply purchase the Rush Order option at check out. Standard Rush orders are generally shipped out within 1-2 business days (M-F).
- "Build Your Own" orders can require some additional processing time (depending on if we have what you need in stock) but can be Rushed to create priority and are generally shipped out within 2-3 business days after placing the order (M-F).

*If you would do need it for a special event and it is within the standard processing/shipping time frame, please note it under "Special Request or Additional Info" at check out and I will double check to make sure it will work. If there is any doubt that it might, and you would need to upgrade to a Rush Order, I can then let you know at that point as well. :)

Additional Shipping & Delivery Info
- Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3 -5 business days.
- If you are local to Central/Eastern NC we can attempt to make delivery or pick up arrangements. If you are over a 30 mile radius of Benson NC (Johnston Co) we may have to charge a delivery fee.
- Most other orders will require shipping. Please feel free to contact me if you would like to see if delivery or pick-up can be arranged.
